Tags

Tags are a shared taxonomy used across Inventory, Lessons, and Achievements. They make it easy to filter and search content by subject, year group, or any category that makes sense for your teaching practice.

Creating Tags

Go to Tags in the sidebar and click Add Tag. A tag just needs a name — keep names short and consistent (e.g. "Maths", "English", "Year 4", "Hands-on").

Using Tags

Tags can be applied to:

• Inventory items — to label what subject or year group a resource suits
• Lessons — to categorise them in the Lesson Bank
• Achievements — to record which subjects a milestone covers

Filtering by Tag

On the Lessons and Achievements list pages, you can filter the list by selecting one or more tags. This is useful for reviewing everything completed in a particular subject, or finding lessons that suit a given topic.

Tags and the AI Generator

When configuring the AI Lesson Generator, you can select tags to focus the generation on a particular subject area. Selected tags are included in the prompt context.
