Inventory

The Inventory is a catalogue of the physical teaching materials you have available — books, workbooks, manipulatives, games, craft supplies, and so on. When generating AI lessons, you can select inventory items to include in the prompt context, so the AI can suggest activities that use what you actually have.

Adding an Item

Go to Inventory in the sidebar and click Add Item. Fields:

Field	Purpose
Name	A short descriptive name (e.g. "Times Tables Workbook")
Description	Optional detail about the item
Tags	Subject areas or categories (e.g. "Maths", "Year 3")

Tagging Inventory

Tags link inventory items to the broader tag taxonomy shared across lessons and achievements. An item tagged "Science" will be easy to find when generating a science lesson.

Using Inventory in the AI Generator

When configuring the AI Lesson Generator, you can select one or more inventory items. Their names and descriptions are added to the prompt context, allowing the AI to suggest activities that use those specific materials.
