Schedule

The Schedule shows all lessons that have been assigned to learners with a target date.

Viewing the Schedule

Go to Schedule in the sidebar. Lessons are shown in date order. Overdue lessons (past their target date) are highlighted.

Scheduling a Lesson

From any lesson's detail page, click Schedule to assign it to a learner with a date. You can schedule the same lesson to multiple learners independently.

Overdue Lessons

If a lesson's target date passes without an achievement being logged against it, it appears as overdue. The Dashboard also shows an overdue alert at the top of the page with direct links to the affected lessons.

Completing a Scheduled Lesson

Once you have taught a lesson, log an achievement linked to that lesson. This marks the lesson as complete for that learner. If a scheduled lesson has a linked achievement, it will no longer appear as overdue.

Auto-Schedule (AI Generator)

The AI Lesson Generator has an Auto Schedule tab that can automatically create a scheduled entry after generating and saving a lesson. See AI Lesson Generator for details.
